1) Return Policy:

When you get the dress, if there is fault or mistake in the dress, please contact us with in 48 hours.

We will remake or refund you if it is our problem to make in wrong size or wrong color.

Full refund will be sent to you when there defects like damage , lost , wrong color ,wrong size.

All the dresses are handmade,1 inch of size different is normal. And there are seams on the side of dress.  The customers can find a local seamstress to alter it to fit properly.

Of color , different computer screens maybe show the color a little different. It is normal.

The returned dress must be received within 20 days after order.

2）Cancellation:

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours after order. You will receive full refund.

Order cancelled 12-24 hours, 80% of your payment will be refunded.

Order cancelled 24-48 hours, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

Order cancelled after 48 hours, can only be refunded the shipping cost.
