We ordered a custom dress that was perfect once it arrived! There was a quality check that the dress did not pass, which delayed the dress awhile though i really appreciate that they made sure it was done correctly before shipping it out to us.

They offered a gift for the inconvenience/delay, but weren’t as responsive when i asked about an estimate on completion/shipping. That would be my only complaint — otherwise, they were pretty responsive and kind and again the product came looking and fitting great!
