The material on this dress has a nice weight. The lining is soft and the outside fabric is silky. It's a beautifully made dress in every way. I will steam out the wrinkles and this dress will be perfect for my daughter's prom. Now, because my daughter waited until the last minute to decide to get a different dress for prom and didn't bother to order this gown until literally two weeks before her prom, we did pay for expedited shipping. Worth every penny!
