First off, I have ordered many custom dresses from over seas and have been thoroughly pleased in the past. I ordered the dress in April for my daughter's wedding June 25th. The item arrived yesterday. It looks nothing like the picture. The bodice is the correct shape but the lace used over the entire dress is cheap bulk lace material that I have actually seen at Walmart! Not the beautiful delicate lace shown in the picture. The bodice is not even edged. The gathers in the back are completely wrong. In the picture the sleeves are satin with lace trim. The sleeves on this drees are more of the cheap bulk lace material. My daughter is in tears and I am furious. I have emailed and sent pictures but have had no response. I want my money back!
