I ordered this dress as a second look for my wedding this summer. On the website the dress was absolutely stunning and exactly what I had been searching for. When it came in the mail I was completely speechless (in the worst way possible). The material felt so cheap to the touch. You’d think for a $300 dress I would be able to get something that at least looked expensive. Also, the lace and color of the dress wasn’t even close to what was displayed on the website. It was tan instead of white and looked like a cheap Halloween costume. It was laughable how different the dress I received was from the dress on their website. Then, when I reached out to customer service to return the dress for a full refund (per the refund policy on the website) due to the horrible quality, they said that I could not ship it back due to “tariff situation” in the US. This is ridiculous for a few reasons. If the return policies had changed, that should have been reflected on their website. Additionally, international companies should not get away with charging people hundreds of dollars for dress and not let them return it for a full refund after complying with all of its policies and showing the defects in the product.

I could go on. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this entire process. If you are considering ordering from this website, just don’t! The fast shipping is not worth it for the money you’ll ultimately waste on a bad product.
